Fox vs. Time Warner

I'm sure you have heard this stupid news about how Time Warner might lose Fox. This is bullshit. As Hawkeye and I stated in this weeks podcast, we have no love for Time Warner, but what Fox is doing is fucked up. Time Warner wants to charge me an extra $10 a month or a "locked in for 2 years" fee, saying that their programming will not change, for what? So Fox can have an extra $1 a subscriber? How does this add up?

On top of that, I might be losing Fox as of midnight tonight?

I'll make you a deal Fox... I'll pay your dollar for less commercials.

Seeing as i have time warner cable, because of their incompetence i really dont care if i lose fox. I "canceled" my cable in July yet still have it. Odds are if you wanted to you could also cancel your cable and still get it for free. I am in the process of building a DVR, since that i really miss about paying for cable.
